Celebrating an iconic Scottish flower is Isle of Bute's Heather Gin! Using hand-picked heather from the Isle of Bute itself, it's distilled alongside pink grapefruit and other traditional botanicals, so get yourself a wedge of pink grapefruit to garnish this one in a G&T.

This wild purple flower, which we hand pick from the Isle of Bute, gives our gin a vibrant floral nose. When balanced with the bright sweetness of pink grapefruit, this creates a subtly sweet and citrus finish.
