How to make a Kiwi Cobbler cocktail

INGREDIENTS
🍸 50ml Seven Crofts Gin
🍸 20ml Green Ginger Wine
🍸 25ml Tropical juice
🍸 1 kiwi (peeled)
🍸 20ml lime juice
🍸 4 mint leaves
🍸 20ml Green Machine syrup* [Homemade]
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
*kiwis, gooseberries, greengages⠀
TO MAKE
🍸 Peel and muddle kiwi in shaker
🍸 Bash and muddle mint in base of tumbler
🍸 Add other ingredients to shaker and shake with ice
🍸 Strain into tumbler and stir
🍸 Top with crushed ice and garnish with mint and kiwi slices
